Responsibilities

• Greet guests and answer phones, directing customers to the proper department.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to the appropriate person for resolution.
• Record payments and issue receipts; balance cash, checks, and credit card payments.
• Process internal orders daily and file service/repair documents as needed.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures and adhere to management oversight.
• Prepare and manage multi-line switchboard and transfer calls.
• Check with management at shift end for additional needs.
