Responsibilities

• Greet guests and answer multi-line phones and direct callers to the proper department.
• Process cash, checks and credit card payments and issue receipts.
• Record and verify totals on receipts and balance cash at end of shift.
• Perform filing and administrative tasks as needed.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to appropriate personnel.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures and support management as needed.
