Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly to make them feel welcomed in the retail location.
• Develop and maintain professional, courteous relationships with customers and co-workers.
• Assist customers, determine needs, educate on selections, and help them choose right products.
• Assist management in merchandising and operational procedures.
• Follow management direction in completing other duties as required.
• Ensure merchandise stock levels, quality, and presentation are maintained.
• Ensure signage is current and displayed properly.
• Stock and rotate products according to company direction.
• Be cross-trained across multiple departments.
• Operate the POS, process payments, issue receipts, and bag merchandise.
• Conceptualize ideas for floral decorations and home décor displays.
• Clean fixtures, shelves, backrooms, bathrooms, and floors per policy.
• Participate in learning and development activities such as meetings and product knowledge sessions.
