Job summary

Pecan Valley Resort LLC is hiring a Guest Attendant to warmly welcome guests, assist with ticketing and wristbands, and answer questions about park attractions and rules.

You will monitor crowd flow, process payments at the register, and address guest concerns with a friendly, problem-solving approach. Experience in hospitality is a plus, but flexible hours including weekends are available.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the waterpark with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Assist with ticket sales, wristband distribution, and admission inquiries.
• Provide information about park attractions, amenities, and rules.
• Monitor guest flow at entrances, exits, and key attractions.
• Operate cash registers, handle payments, and provide accurate change.
• Address guest concerns and provide courteous solutions.
• Assist guests in safely using golf simulators and arcade machines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest service areas.
• Be part of a fun, dynamic team; enjoy flexible scheduling.
