Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Guest Services Associate in Cincinnati, OH for a part-time schedule (25 hours or less per week). Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate with customers.
• Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and handle small packages.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience to guests.
• Assist with shakes, cones, sundaes, and other dipside items.
• Operate POS system and gas console and handle transactions.
• Stock shelves, freezers, and dip cabinets and maintain clean displays.
• Maintain store safety, compliance with policies, and cash control procedures.
• Maintain a clean store and equipment temperatures.
• Complete time records and related reports accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
