BEST Crowd Management is seeking Guest Services staff for the University of Wisconsin - Madison event. You will warmly welcome attendees, provide information, and assist with crowd flow to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming attendees.
• Assist with event setup, including signage and equipment placement.

• Answer questions and guide guests to seating, restrooms, concessions, exits.
