Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking team members to work in any of our departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. You will provide outstanding guest service and help guests with their meal solutions while learning products and weekly deals.

Flexible scheduling including weekends, days, evenings and holidays is required. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and engage with guests to learn their wants and needs.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items; assist guests across departments.
• Merchandise and stock products to create a hospitable shopping experience and ensure nearby guests are assisted.
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist in general housekeeping duties throughout the store.
• Present a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
