Job summary

The Fresh Market is hiring team members to work in our Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End departments. You will help guests create meal solutions, learn product knowledge, and contribute to a welcoming store environment.

As a Team Member, you will merchandise, stock, assist guests, and maintain a professional appearance with uniform standards. Availability includes weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide excellent guest service, engaging with guests to learn their wants and needs so you can help them create meal solutions
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items, and assist guests across departments
• Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items, while helping nearby guests
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist in general housekeeping duties throughout the store
• Present yourself in a professional manner, including adhering to uniform standards
