Qualifications

• Understand store policies and procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and manage stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, making a friendly first impression.
• Maintain awareness of sales floor activities to identify loss prevention issues.
• Ensure customers follow store policies, such as leaving large bags at the counter.
• Assist customers by answering questions and directing them to areas of the store.
• Collaborate with staff to address loss prevention concerns and report incidents.
• Remain at the entrance to deter theft and promote a safe shopping environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Follow safety procedures and implement loss prevention best practices.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by leadership.
