Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations and guest services. You will help drive sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses, and managing merchandising and inventory in line with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain guest services.
• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Develop staff and control expenses and shrinkage as well as all merchandising and inventory control.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
