Job summary

LMH Health is seeking a Guest Services Lead to provide daily operational support across the Main and West campuses. You will coordinate valet and patient transport teams, ensure a high level of service that supports positive visitor and patient experiences.

The Lead also serves as the first point of contact for Information Desk volunteers and provides general support to all volunteer roles. You will coach staff on updated practices, resolve service issues in real time, and provide clerical

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite, POS platforms, and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, day-to-day coordination and support for valet and patient transport team members across Main and West Campuses.
• Monitor service levels, workflow, and coverage to ensure efficient and timely patient assistance.
• Coaches patient transporters and valet attendants on new practices to improve patient/visitor satisfaction.
• Serve as a resource for troubleshooting operational issues and resolving service concerns in real time.
• Ensure accurate information is provided to patients, visitors, and staff.
• Communicate with department staff to ensure alignment on patient flow and service expectations.
• Provide backup support to valet services and the Information Desk.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed.
• Provide clerical support in processing volunteer statuses.
• Support operations and address situations in the main hospital entry area.
