Torreon Golf Club in Show Low, AZ is hiring a full-time Guest Services Lead for a seasonal position lasting up to six months. You will manage cart staging, bag drop operations, practice facility presentation, and the overall flow of play while leading a team of Guest Services Attendants.

The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership, communication, and a proactive approach to service excellence, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience leading guest services in hospitality or golf
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts during peak times

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily outside service operations
• Oversee cart staging, bag drop, and facility presentation
• Coordinate pace of play and first tee operations
• Mentor and train Guest Services Attendants
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of all service areas
• Serve as liaison between golf shop and outside staff
• Assist with event setup and special tournaments
