Job summary

Cavallo Point is seeking a Guest Relations Supervisor in Sausalito, CA. This role leads the Front Desk team, supports scheduling, and trains Guest Service Agents. You will oversee daily operations, wine and coffee service areas, and guest communications to ensure a seamless stay.

Qualifications

• Must supervise diverse Front Desk staff and maintain standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a pleasant demeanor.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English clearly.
• Proficient with basic office equipment and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to remember guest names and address them personally.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stand for 8 hours.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to bend and squat as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the front desk staff and maintain department standards.
• Assist in Front Desk scheduling based on occupancy levels.
• Provide and oversee training for Guest Service Agents and update training materials.
• Assist Front Office Manager with inventory, supplies, and guest handouts.
• Oversee wine reception and ensure cleanliness of the wine/cheese area.
• Coordinate coffee and pastry setup with In Room Dining.
• Update the package board and communicate guest arrivals to FD agents.
• Manage pending rooms log and collaborate with FD to control inventory.
• Lead daily stand-up meetings for FD and Bell staff.
• Cover MOD shifts and complete MOD reports when required.
• Resolve guest issues with empathy and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping for seamless daily turnover.
