Job summary

Pilot Flying J is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise store operations and frontline staff at our Avondale, AZ location. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, be self-motivated, and assist managers to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly.

Pay starts between $17.20 and $25.55 per hour with a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Experience in retail operations and strong math/computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations is preferred.
• Strong customer service abilities to maintain a customer-focused culture.
• Proficiency with calculator and computer equipment.
