Job summary

Pilot Company in Latta, SC is hiring to process merchandise and fuel transactions and to lead a shift of one-to-two cashiers. You will handle cash, credit, and debit transactions and compile end-of-shift reports to close out procedures.

You will follow company guidelines on restricted items, maintain a clean work area, and use suggestive selling to promote products while ensuring guests receive quality service and issues are addressed promptly.

Qualifications

• Prior cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and communication.
• Ability to follow procedures and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift of one-to-two cashiers to process all cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Complete end-of-shift reports and close out procedures.
• Follow company guidelines on restricted merchandise and ensure compliance.
• Maintain an organized, clean work area and promote products.
• Resolve guest issues and communicate with management as needed.
• Assist with other travel center tasks (deli, restrooms, stocking, etc.).
• Ensure high level of guest service and proper break scheduling.
