Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Guest Services Manager for Sunseeker Resort Florida Gulf Coast, a Curio property in Southwest Florida. You will lead Bell, Valet, and Shuttle teams, uphold Luxury Experience standards during arrival, and ensure smooth luggage and guest flow from porte-cochere to Lobby desks.

In this role you will train staff, monitor daily operations, schedule appropriately, and drive a seamless, high-touch guest experience while maintaining the resort's

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–4 years supervisory experience in large resort/hotel.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; CDL not required.
• Experience with Forbes/AAA standards a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Audit Bell/Valet/Shuttle staffing and adjust schedules.
• Train and coach Guest Services staff in luxury service standards.
• Ensure proper luggage handling and guest property care.
• Coordinate with departments to maintain seamless guest flow.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and follow up for satisfaction.
