Job summary

Denver Rescue Mission is seeking a Hospitality Desk Agent to manage guest intake, fee verification, room assignments, and safety duties in a mission-driven setting. This role supports work readiness training, donations processing, and cross-department communication to ensure smooth operations.

The position requires strong organizational skills, customer service, and the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly while upholding the organization’s Christian values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and general computer skills.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to resolve conflict professionally under pressure.
• Christian ethic and ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
• Basic knowledge of Windows software applications.
• Active driver's license and ability to meet DRM insurability standards.
• Must be a Christian with faith alignment.

Responsibilities

• Verify the collection of all program fees through the Scribe database.
• Verify monies received from program participants is accounted for.
• Complete daily accounting paperwork.
• Notify Case Management when fees are past due in Scribe.
• Answer guests' questions and address complaints.
• Assist Program Coordinators and Custodial staff with admin duties.
• Educate participants on Bed Bug protocol and Crossing policies.
• Manage BRIDGE waitlist and intake scheduling.
• Maintain Room Availability Report in Scribe.
• Process intakes for BRIDGE participants and NLP.
• Oversee mail and package distribution for participants.
• Create/deactivate room keys for participant rooms for safety.
• Train participants for Work Readiness at Hospitality Desk.
• Lead devotions for NLP Work Readiness.
• Ensure maintenance issues are followed up via Sharepoint.
• Oversee donation recording and handling of gift-in-kind items.
• Implement and maintain necessary policies and procedures.
• Support environment to share Gospel message and assist patrons.
• Pursue ongoing educational development.
