Job summary

White Lodging is hiring a Houseperson to support housekeeping by ensuring resources are available for staff and assisting with daily tasks. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting various hotel areas including lobby, restrooms, pool, and fitness center.

The successful candidate will uphold high standards, work well in a team, and follow safety and training guidelines.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering guest service and maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently and in a team.
• Good judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Completion of required training and certifications sign-off.
• Physical ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 25 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality service to guests and exceed expectations.
• Restock linen closets and supply rooms with clean linens and materials.
• Strip rooms of linens and trash as needed.
• Vacuum and mop hallways, stairwells, and common areas.
• Maintain a pristine lobby and clean glass surfaces; restrooms stocked and clean.
• Keep pool area tidy and replenish supplies; manage trash.
• Clean and organize exercise room, wipe equipment and mirrors.
• Perform additional housekeeping tasks as assigned.
