Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Housekeeper to support general resort operations by cleaning resort units and maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities include cleaning sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms, and maintaining housekeeping details.

You will replenish supplies and maintain guest relations. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong communication with guests and team members, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms to maintain quality standards.
• Clean, vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies; make beds and replenish supplies.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest issues to resolution to improve the guest experience.
