White Lodging is seeking a Housekeeper to create a welcoming environment by ensuring guest rooms and common areas are clean, sanitary, and sparkling. You will provide high-quality service, organize housekeeping spaces, and uphold safety standards across a portfolio of hotels.

Ideal candidates bring reliability, attention to detail, and a strong customer-service mindset. The role requires lifting up to 10 lbs regularly, standing for long periods, and flexibility for weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong guest focus and customer service skills.
• Reliability and dependability in completing housekeeping tasks.
• Motivation and initiative to be your best self every day.
• Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Prior cleaning experience (one year preferred but not required).
• Completion of training with certification sign-off.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally.
• Stand for long periods and be flexible with hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of service to guests by anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
• Ensure guest rooms and bathrooms are clean, sanitary, and sparkling.
• Strip dirty linen and trash, clean bathrooms, make beds, dust, vacuum, and restock rooms.
• Clean, organize, and restock the housekeeping cart.
• Self-inspect rooms and submit room status reports to Supervisor upon completion.
• Practice safety standards at all times and help maintain a safe property for guests and associates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
