Job summary

Memphis Marriott East is seeking a Houseperson Aide to support spotless guest areas and efficient service. You will clean hallways, remove trash, vacuum and mop floors, and service vending areas to maintain a welcoming environment.

The role requires teamwork, reliability, and flexibility to work varying shifts including nights and weekends. You must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest hallways/corridors.
• Remove trash from hallway trash cans and from housekeeping carts.
• Vacuum guest hallways, elevators, carpet edges; mop and shampoo as needed.
• Clean vending areas and ice/candy/soda machines.
• Dust light fixtures, railings and fit-out boxes.
• Move soiled linen to laundry and restock with clean linen.
• Take dirty glasses to dishwasher and restock clean glasses.
