Responsabilités

• Cleans guest rooms, lobbies, rest rooms, corridors, and public areas to brand standards.
• Sorts, counts, folds, and carries linens.
• Replenishes supplies such as bathroom necessities.
• Transports trash to disposal area.
• Maintains housekeeping carts and equipment.
• Uses chemicals and tools safely to prevent injuries.
• Follows key control and guest privacy policies.
• Communicates with maintenance about room needs.
• Resolves guest issues.
• Welcomes guests according to company standards.
• Anticipates and addresses guest needs.
• Performs other reasonable duties as assigned.
• Complies with QA standards.
• Ensures uniform and professional appearance.

We are looking for housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional guest service. Outstanding customer service skills and a positive personality are a must! The ability to multi-task and problem-solve are essential qualities of a successful candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Cleans guest rooms, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways to brand standards within the appropriate time requirements.
• Sorts, counts, fold, marks, or carries linens.
• Replenishes supplies such as bathroom necessities, drinking glasses, and writing supplies.
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
• Stocks, organizes, and maintains housekeeping carts and equipment.
• Use all materials, chemicals, and tools safely to avoid injury, waste, unnecessary damage or accidents.
• Ensures key control and security policies to maintain the guest’s privacy and security of personal belongings when working in guestrooms.
• Communicate with the maintenance department regarding room needs.
• Resolve guest issues.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
• Anticipate and address all guests' needs.
• Thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
• Comply with Quality Assurance expectations and standards.
• Ensure uniform & personal appearance are clean and professional.
