Perkins hosts a welcoming environment where as a Host(ess) you provide friendly and efficient service to guests in line with company policies and performance standards. You greet guests, manage seating, and coordinate with team to ensure smooth flow.

Knowledge of menu and upsell opportunities, plus the ability to work flexible hours during peaks, will help you contribute to guest satisfaction and a positive dining experience. Training covers sanitation, safety and cash handling responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Basic sanitation, safety and customer service are taught through in-house training.
• Trustworthy and able to handle guest checks and operate the cash register.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Reports to work well groomed in clean uniform and maintains personal hygiene.
• Uses greeting, seating and waiting list procedures.
• Accurately processes guest checks and handles cash with accuracy.
• Maintains cleanliness of reception area and restrooms.
• Assists with pantry maintenance and pre-rush organization.
• Assists servers and bus staff to uphold Perkins service standards.
