A leading entertainment company is seeking a guest service representative to greet and seat guests, respond to inquiries, and handle reservations. Applicants must have strong communication skills, the ability to perform basic math, and the capacity to solve various problems efficiently. A license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission is required, as well as proper food handler and RAMP certifications. The position involves both walking and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities
Greet and acknowledge each guest, escorting them to their seats.
Maintain communication with servers and inform them when tables are seated.
Answer telephones and take reservations as needed.
Advise guests of waiting times and recommend beverage outlets.
Seat guests according to established procedures and explain daily features.
Handle guest complaints promptly and courteously.
Maintain communication with the kitchen regarding item availability.
Complete transactions using the POS system.
Keep work areas neat and adhere to health standards.
