Job summary

JDK Management Company is seeking a Host/Cashier to warmly welcome guests, process transactions accurately, and create a positive first impression. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction, teamwork, and strong communication in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

No prior host/cashier experience is required, but hospitality experience is a plus. The position is on-site with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• No experience is required; hospitality role suitable for entry level.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and bend for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage seating arrangements and wait lists to ensure smooth restaurant flow and guest satisfaction.
• Accurately process guest payments and handle cash, credit card, and other transactions responsibly.
• Answer phones, assist guests with questions, and support carryout or to-go orders as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, front entrance, and dining areas.
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to support efficient operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
