JDK Management Company is seeking a Host/Cashier to warmly welcome guests, handle transactions accurately, and create a positive first impression. You’ll contribute to a smooth restaurant flow and guest satisfaction while supporting team-based operations.

No prior experience required; strong communication and teamwork are valued. This is a fast-paced role with opportunities to grow alongside Perkins’ legacy.

Qualifications

• No experience is required; position supports entry-level candidates.
• Strong communication and guest-facing skills preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Fast-paced, team-oriented environment experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage seating arrangements and wait lists to ensure smooth restaurant flow and guest satisfaction.
• Accurately process guest payments and handle cash, credit card, and other transactions responsibly.
• Answer phones, assist guests with questions, and support carryout or to-go orders as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, front entrance, and dining areas.
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to support efficient operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
