You will greet guests, seat them, and assist with menu selections while maintaining a clean, efficient setup. The role requires availability on weekends/holidays, basic math skills for handling cash, and strong English communication.

Formación

• High school education minimum; or up to one year related experience or training.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Ability to perform basic math and give change.

Responsabilidades

• Works with a sense of urgency.
• Greets guests within one minute of arrival and guides to tables.
• Sets up tables with silverware, water, and coffee.
• Answers customer questions and ensures guest needs are met.
• Manages waiting line and assists with table arrangements for large parties.
• Observes guests and responds to additional needs during meals.
• Takes orders, rings in TOGO orders, and uses suggestive selling.
• Packages TOGO orders with proper condiments and utensils.
• Keeps work area clean and organized; assists other Host/Cashiers as needed.
• Handles front register, processes cash and makes change.
