Hampton by Hilton, Plymouth, MA is looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join us as a Part-Time Front Desk Agent.

Pay: $17 - $18 per hour

Schedule: Must have weekend availability

Job Type: Part-Time

Shifts: 7-3PM & 3-11PM

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor with guests
  • Check guests in and out, process payments, note and fulfill special requests, record accurate information
  • Answer phone calls professionally and helpfully
  • Post charges and settle guest accounts following procedures
  • Address and resolve guest issues to enhance satisfaction
  • Know emergency procedures and hotel policies
  • Practice punctuality for scheduled shifts
Requirements:
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous hotel experience is a plus
