Job summary

The Post Oak in Las Vegas is seeking a dedicated Guest Room Attendant to clean guest rooms in assigned areas and ensure all amenities are present and in proper order. You will uphold our brand standards of K.E.E.P.

and provide personalized guest service embodying kindness, engagement, empathy, and positivity. The role requires grooming, courtesy, and the ability to work a shift with attention to detail, while maintaining safety and following department guidelines.

Qualifications

• Posit ive attitude and grooming are required.
• Energetic and able to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Willing to comply with hotel policies and safety rules.
• Good communication to follow instructions and ensure guest safety.
• Must complete tasks in assigned areas with attention to detail.
• At least 6 months of housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Check in at the assigned offices to receive keys and assignment before shift.
• Prepare a maximum of 15 credits per shift.
• Check rooms and note repair needs before release for occupancy.
• Treat guests with courtesy and respect.
• Be groomed and wear the provided uniform.
• Turn in items found in guest halls or rooms promptly.
• Familiarize with housekeeping terminology.
• Observe safety precautions.
• Clean rooms per procedures and complete turn down on swing shift.
• Obtain cleaning supplies from linen lockers.
• Sign in/out for keys before starting and after shift.
