Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate guest group stays with sales and reservations teams.
• Lead hosting responsibilities during stays.
• Manage hosting schedules for guest groups.
• Supervise the flow of information between guest groups and the property leadership.
• Conduct weekly guest services meetings with other departments.
• Produce regular reports on guest information.
• Conduct tours as needed.
