Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is hiring Crew Members to join our team. Crew Members are responsible for serving each guest courteously, quickly and efficiently while adhering to the procedures in the Service Section of the Church’s Operating Standards Manual (the “OSM”).

It is critical they accomplish tasks in a timely, clean and friendly manner. Crew Members greet customers, take and fill orders, upsell products, handle cash, resolve issues with the manager, and maintain clean, well- stocked

Qualifications

• Greets customers with a welcoming attitude and positive demeanor.
• Takes and fills customer orders within company mandated service time.
• Performs suggestive upsell of products as directed by management.
• Handles cash and delivers orders accurately to customers.
• Addresses customer issues promptly and notifies the manager as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers with a sincere smile and welcoming attitude.
• Takes and fills customer orders within service time.
• Suggests product upsells as directed by management.
• Collects money and delivers order to customer.
• Attends to customer problems and notifies Manager as needed.
• Verifies cash drawer and remains accountable for cash.
• Notifies Manager in Charge of any deletions, over-rings or equipment problems.
• Ensures product holding times are observed.
• Rotates and displays products attractively.
• Keeps display case clean inside and out.
• Stocks service area with napkins, cups, lids, etc.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
