• After a guest reserves their tour, you become their key contact, maintaining communication before, during, and after their vacation to ensure a memorable experience.
• Respond to guests' inquiries primarily via email, providing exceptional high-touch customer service to those booked on our tours.
• Coordinate with Documents Specialists to verify all passport, visa, and pre-tour paperwork is completed prior to departure.
• Assist guests with their website portal for document completion and follow up to confirm readiness for tour departure.
• Review guest information in our CRM system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Call guests during their tour in various regions to check on their experience and share feedback with the CJ team.
• Collaborate with Tour Operations to enhance guest satisfaction and make tours special through gestures like celebrating occasions or providing gifts.
• Work with Marketing and other teams to assist with travel plans, guest quotes, and social media content.

This is a remote, full-time position (40 hours/week, M-F, 8am–5pm) paying $25/hour, with excellent benefits including medical, dental, EAP, 401K with company match, PTO, and travel discounts.
