Job Details

The Guest Services Coordinator acts as the primary visitation representative for hospital patients, empathizing with patients and their families. This position is responsible for proactively managing concerns, promoting teamwork, building relationships, and fostering a positive patient care atmosphere.

Schedule: Shifts can vary from 8am-8pm, including weekends.

Campus: Washington Twp, with travel to other campuses as needed.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required:

• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• College experience or higher education preferred.
• 3-5 years of prior customer service experience.
• People-oriented, personable, friendly, able to work with diverse individuals.
• Organized, able to multitask, flexible, and willing to travel among hospital sites.

Salary Range: $17.00 - $24.63 USD per hour. The actual rate will depend on experience, skills, and qualifications. This position is not eligible for an annual incentive.
