Job summary

SpartanNash, parent to Family Fare, seeks a part-time associate at 425 W Main St, Cannon Falls, MN 55009. You will provide courteous service in person or by phone, assist guests, operate the register, and support self-checkouts to ensure smooth transactions.

Starting with an excellent benefits package, you’ll help maintain store standards, stock, and safety while handling a range of duties across departments as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of retail or related experience preferred.
• Good verbal communication skills; polite and effective with customers.
• Good customer service and organizational skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous guest service in person or by telephone and assist guests in store.
• Process transactions, including credits, refunds, loyalty cards, and coupons.
• Operate cash register and assist with self-checkouts; handle various groceries and products.
• Maintain knowledge of current store programs and product locations.
• Ensure pricing accuracy, and follow safety, sanitation and PPE guidelines.
• Promote company programs and in-store specials to customers.
