Qualifications

• Must have general cashiering background or money handling experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Previous experience in race and sportsbook preferred.
• Knowledge of tote system to place customer wagers.
• Experience with jet sort, coin roller, check cashing and credit card cash advance is a plus.
• Efficient and accurate entry of guests wagers and payouts.

Responsibilities

• Explain wagering rules, including betting lines and odds, and ticket procedures.
• Process all pari-mutuel wages in the tote accurately and timely.
• Write, verify, and pay out tickets for sports wagers per policy and regulations.
• Enroll patrons into the loyalty program and maintain player tracking information.
• Maintain balance and reconcile cash bank and assigned shift.”] ,
