Job summary

TravelCenters of America is hiring a cashier to join our team. Work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment at our travel centers nationwide.

Qualifications

• A dedicated individual who works well with others and is excited to be part of our team!
• Basic computer/POS knowledge preferred
• Cash handling skills preferred
• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays

Responsibilities

• Process transactions at a POS register and maintain a clean, stocked food and beverage area
• Clean and stock merchandise as needed
• Prioritize tasks based on store and management needs
• Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe situations
• Communicate effectively with leaders and co-workers
• Perform other duties as assigned
