Job summary

Village Inn in Rio Rancho, NM is seeking a Bussers to support front-of-house staff by clearing and resetting tables, managing napkins, straws, and cutlery, and ensuring a clean dining area. This role requires adherence to quality and hospitality standards and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include removing used items, cleaning spills, assisting with dish cleaning, and maintaining restroom cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow directions.
• Must be able to work in a fast–paced, high pressure customer responsive environment.
• Must be able to work in a team environment and communicate with co-workers and guests.
• Successful completion of required training, including reading training materials, watching videos, and completing on the job checklists and written quizzes.

Responsibilities

• Removing used plates, glasses, cutlery, and napkins from tables after diners are done eating.
• Wiping up water spills, food stains and dirt from tables, and floors when needed.
• Assisting with the cleaning and processing of dirty dishes and silverware.
• Keeping the restrooms clean.
