Qualifications

• Previous experience with cash handling and accounting procedures; knowledge of POS systems.
• Proficient with technology and able to use various software and systems to enhance guest interactions.
• Flexible in work hours; ability to work after-hours events, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• May prefer candidates with hospitality/retail experience at cultural institutions or non-profits; multilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and hospitality from arrival.
• Handle guest check-ins and flow for groups and lobby areas.
• Perform cash handling and balance till at end of day.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide information on tickets, memberships, events, and exhibits.
• Maintain lobby and box office areas clean and organized.
• Monitor front doors during museum hours.
• Complete clerical duties related to Box Office.
• Accept other duties as assigned.
