East West Hospitality in Vail, CO is hiring a Bell/Valet Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service at Solaris Residences in Vail Village. This active role offers base pay of $17 per hour plus tips, with opportunities for additional income through gratuities and owner shuttle services.

As part of our Guest Services team, you’ll welcome guests, park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance to ensure memorable stays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of service-focused experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to operate guest and company vehicles.
• Positive, team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with professional service during arrivals/departures, assist with luggage and valet parking.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles while providing transportation for guests and company operations.
• Deliver luggage, groceries, packages, and special requests promptly.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming arrival experience by keeping entry and lobby areas neat.
• Collaborate with front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance to ensure excellent service.
