Job summary

Trump Hotel Las Vegas is seeking a friendly Bell Person to assist guests with luggage, escort them to rooms, and ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience. You will handle tickets, transfers, and timely deliveries while maintaining a polished appearance and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, anticipating needs, coordinating with hotel staff, and safeguarding guest belongings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and push up to 100lbs.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Smile and greet guests, warmly interact with guests and hotel staff in a professional manner.
• Assist with luggage handling and transport to rooms and storage.
• Provide guest information and directions, respond to inquiries about services and local attractions.
• Prepare room lists for arriving and departing groups and coordinate with bell staff.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and maintain a positive, courteous demeanor.
