Job summary

Heritage Landing Golf Club in Punta Gorda, FL is seeking a Part-Time Guest Services Attendant to deliver warm, professional hospitality to our guests on the course and at the clubhouse. You will assist with bag handling, club cleaning, club rentals, and basic food and beverage tasks while helping players with game etiquette and start times.

Qualified candidates have at least one month of related experience or training, with regular and reliable attendance.

• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.
