Job summary

Calvert Crossing Golf Club is seeking a Guest Services Attendant to deliver courteous service, assist with bag handling and club cleaning, and help educate players on the game. You will also coordinate start times and maintain rental records while supporting food and beverage tasks as needed.

This on-site role requires reliable attendance and a willingness to perform a variety of duties to ensure a positive guest experience.

• One month related experience or training.

• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.
