Job summary

Qualifications

• Partial High School education; High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Strong customer service abilities and a friendly attitude.
• Good communication and public speaking skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Keep assigned public areas clean and neat as directed by management.
• Maintain clean ash urns, restrooms, and picnic areas.
• Remove trash and debris and tidy common areas.
• Assist with housekeeping of housing units and outdoor spaces.
• Operate company vehicles (golf carts/gators) as needed.
