Job summary

Sun'N Lake Golf Club in Sebring, FL is seeking a Guest Service Attendant to join Troon’s hospitality team. This role focuses on delivering outstanding guest service at the course, bag drop, and starter operations, in a fast-paced golf environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, facilitating pace of play, maintaining equipment and course amenities, and providing friendly, professional assistance to players throughout their visit. High school diploma required; English fluency essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required at a minimum.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Fluent English required for speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with bag drop and course services.
• Explain rules and etiquette; manage pace of play.
• Maintain golf cars, equipment, and practice facilities.
• Provide friendly, professional service to guests throughout their visit.
