Calusa Country Club at Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, FL, invites applications for a Full-Time Guest Services Attendant. As part of Troon Golf, LLC, you will deliver friendly, guest-focused service in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Key duties include assisting with club rentals and upkeep, greeting guests, informing players about the game, directing the start of play when needed, and supporting food and beverage activities.

Qualifications

• One month related experience or training
• Regular and reliable attendance

Responsibilities

• Assists with the overall upkeep of Great Shots
• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests, including bag handling and club cleaning
• Assists in educating players about the game
• Directs the start of play when necessary
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs
• Services customers renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return
• Assists with food and beverage activities
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
• Performs other duties as required
