Job summary

Oneida Golf and Country Club is seeking a Guest Services Attendant to deliver outstanding guest service in a hospitality setting. You will assist guests with bag handling, club cleaning, and provide guidance on the game, helping manage tee times as needed.

The role includes assisting with club rentals, cleaning returned clubs, supporting food and beverage activities, and maintaining safety in performance. Regular attendance is expected and flexibility in duties is required.

Qualifications

• One month related experience or training.

• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.
