Job summary

The University Club of Kentucky is seeking a Guest Services Attendant to provide friendly, professional service to our guests on site. This role involves assisting with bag handling, club cleaning, and guiding players through the basics of play.

The attendant will also maintain rental club records, prepare clubs for return, help with food and beverage activities, and uphold safe work practices while performing other duties as required.

Qualifications

• One month related experience or training.

• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.
