Job summary

Middlebury Snowbowl is seeking a part-time Guest Services associate to welcome guests and support daily operations at the ski area in Middlebury, VT. You will handle lift tickets, season passes, rentals, and retail transactions, and assist guests with webstore purchases and waivers.

The role emphasizes friendly, knowledgeable customer service, strong product knowledge, and the ability to work weekends and evenings during the ski season. Prior ski area or retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ski area knowledge or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Comfortable with computers and online purchasing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service to all Snowbowl guests.
• Sell and process daily lift tickets, season passes, rentals, and retail using POS.
• Understand the webstore and assist guests with online purchasing and waivers.
• Assist guests with season pass purchases and pass pickup.
