Job summary

ZMC Hotels, LLC is seeking a front desk/bell staff team member in Independence, MO. The role focuses on delivering friendly guest service during peak hours, answering guest questions, and ensuring a positive stay for all guests.

Shifts run 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am, with 8-hour blocks. Ideal candidates are organized, able to work in a team, and proficient with basic computer tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests are treated efficiently and courteously and that standards are followed by staff.
• Address guest concerns and follow up as needed.
• Help maintain room inventory status to optimize revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise bell staff to ensure smooth arrival and departures and friendly service.

These are 8 hour shifts that range from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all guests are being treated in an efficient and courteous manner and that all standards are being applied by all staff members.
• Address all guest concerns and ensure follow up is complete
• Assist in the daily maintenance of room inventory status to achieve optimal levels of revenue while maintaining high levels of guest expectations.
• Supervise the activities and the service levels of the bell staff to ensure that the arrival, departures and all other guest contact are conducted in an efficient and friendly manner.

Qualifications:

• Highly organized.
• Must possess a thorough knowledge of guest service and satisfaction.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Most tasks are performed in a team environment with the employee acting as a team leader.
• Must possess basic computational ability.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
