Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, register and explain services to ensure a smooth check-in.
• Input guest information into the computer system and manage room assignments.
• Process payments and balance cash drawers; handle vouchers and credits as needed.
• Answer phones with clear English communication and relay messages.
• Close guest accounts at checkout and resolve guest concerns per guidelines.
• Address guest complaints and escalate to supervisor when necessary.
• Maintain a neat front desk area and follow all safety procedures.
